For over 30 years Columbia has been meeting the needs of people in the Northwest. Located in Portland, Oregon, Columbia Christian College was established in 1947 as Columbia Bible School. In 1956 a junior college division was created, and in 1971 Columbia became a four-year senior college. In 1975 the College became fully accredited by the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges.
Columbia offers Bachelor of Arts degrees in seven majors, an Associate of Arts two-year degree, and two Preacher Training Diploma programs. Bachelor of Arts degrees are offered in the areas of Bible, Education, Business, Counseling Education, Psychology, and Interdisciplinary Studies. Most of the students attending Columbia receive some form of financial aid. Columbia participates in national and state student aid programs. In addition, a number of scholarships are available to qualified students.

HIS HEIRS are seven students at Columbia Christian College who are dedicated to telling the Good News of salvation through the medium of song. They take time from busy college schedules to tour in the Western States, showing through their singing and their lives that the Christian life is a happy and fulfilling one.
